Admission procedure

Registration is open for Nursery to Class XI, for day scholars and for boarders. The steps below are the whole process — there is nothing else to it.

The process

Four steps, start to seat

Send an enquiry

Fill the form on this page or call the admission office. We ask for the class, whether you need hostel, and your town.

Same working day

Visit the campus

Walk the hostels, the labs and the dining hall with a member of staff. No appointment is needed on a working Saturday.

Any Mon to Sat, 9 am to 3 pm

Register the child

Collect and submit the registration form with the report card of the last class passed, the birth certificate and four photographs.

Before the seat is held

Interaction and confirmation

A short interaction with the child, a conversation with the parents, and confirmation of the seat on payment of the admission fee.

Within a week of registering

What to bring

  • The report card of the last class passed, in original.
  • The birth certificate of the child.
  • A transfer certificate from the previous school, where one applies.
  • Four recent passport-size photographs of the child.
  • Aadhaar of the child and of one parent.
  • For boarders: a recent medical record and the blood group.

Who can apply

Registration is open from Nursery to Class XI, for day scholars and for boarders. Seats in Classes IX to XI depend on the stream chosen and on the result of the interaction. Mid-session admissions are considered on a case-by-case basis where a transfer certificate is in order.

Questions parents ask us first

Boarding starts from Class III. Children below that are admitted as day scholars or on day boarding.

The campus is on the Mohan - Malihabad road at Jugyana, roughly forty minutes from Hazratganj by car and twenty minutes from Malihabad town.

Yes. Parents may meet their child on any second and fourth Sunday, and on any working Saturday with a call to the housemaster beforehand.

Yes. Boys and girls are taught together, with separate hostels, separate wings and separate resident staff.

There is an infirmary on campus with a resident nurse, a doctor on daily call, and a tie-up with a hospital in Lucknow for anything that needs more than the infirmary. Parents are informed the same day.

Yes, on the routes listed on this page, covering Malihabad, Mall, Kakori, Rahimabad, Mohan, Itaunja and the Unnao side. New stops are added when there is demand.

The fee depends on the class and on whether the child is a boarder, a day boarder or a day scholar. The current structure is available from the admission office and in the downloads above, and is payable each term.
